Nothing to dislike..

Clean,stuff are friendly

I have a little hard time to connect to wifi because I didn’t have local cell phone but the front desk helped me to connect to wifi by using one local phone number

Hotel is generally good, nice and clean.

Staff cant talk English and reception team too, they are trying to understand English with mobile phone app, breakfast only for Asian people and very limited things to eat, around the hotel, no food, no entertainment, no shopping opportunities basically you are stuck with slow internet or with by your self.Internet speed wurst then 1990’s.After my meetings finished i have two choices, stay in the room with slow internet or walk side of the river.Internet speed wurst then 1990’s.

I stayed here for the Chinese New Year, and it was perfect. Everything was very clean. I could watch the fireworks from my room.

The hotel is the best place to experience the Chinese New Year atmosphere in Zhuhai. They gave me the best room and the best floor possible for my family. The help was excellent to book for car service and buying high speed rail tickets. The room was splendidly clean.

I suggest NOT to visit the Chinese restaurant next door. It has horrible service.

Very well managed by friendly staff. We were upgraded to a larger room with free breakfast for both of us. Room was well decorated with a nice sofa. Lobby is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is very good too. Excellent value

The Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi is a spotless clean hotel that provided us with a large, spacious room with a modern bathroom, including a great shower. The beds were extremely comfy and had crisp, clean sheets. The buffet breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the evening meal we had from the hotel restaurant. But, by far the best aspect of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Ms Ivy H, Hotel Manager, Guest Services. She proactively provided us with informative and helpful information in perfect English during our stay. This saved us a lot of time and energy and definitely enhanced our experience in China.

The pool was a lot smaller than the pictures on Booking.com had lead me to believe. However, it is still a pool where you can relax and enjoy yourself.

Cleaning,comfort

The cost of breakfast is too higher,Considering the hotel's international status, I believe it is possible to offer more variety in the breakfast selection. The options mainly focused on local cuisine, which made it challenging in terms of food choices for guests.

Room is big and clean . staff is friendly.

Everything is good except location but since didi drive is not a concern, will choose back this hotel when we come back to Zhuhai. RMB 70 ride (electric car) to seafood street.

Breakfast only made eggs everyday. Needs waffles and pancakes. Fruits no so good and same everyday. Breakfast needs to be improved.

The people there are very friendly helpful and always have a smile in their face.

The changing room at the pool is rather small and not well designed/equipped, broken tiles are seen in the pool and edges of tiles/pool are actually quite sharp and can cause safety issue

The hotel manager , Mr Nick Lv was really one of the most helpful, courteous and friendly I have encountered in all my stay in a hotel so far. The breakfast was great too.

The location is a little inconvenient.Luckily, a staff from nearby massage centre recommended the Chinese restaurant at the right corner of hotel. It was Very good
